Serves the
mission of Hope by assessing all facets of
congregational life as to how they invite and make
welcome newcomers into fellowship. Attends to a
hospitable climate for newcomers on Sunday morning.
Is responsible for recruiting and equipping ushers,
greeters, nursery attendants, and coffee hosts.
Attends to the communication and programmatic aspects
of congregational life and makes suggestions as to
how they might be more welcoming to newcomers.
