•      Weekly newsletters.  If you have any information that needs publishing, please call our church office at   (636) 946-8922) or email the information to: office@hopelutheranelca.org before noon on Wednesday of each week.  Volunteers are needed at noon on each Thursday to help collate, fold and staple the newsletter and Sunday service bulletins.

•      “Spirit of Hope” monthly newsletter.  If you have any information that needs to be published, please email it to:  hopenews@sbcglobal.net by the 15^th of each calendar month.  Volunteers are needed each month to help collate, fold, staple, label and take the newsletter to the post office for mailing.

•       Website.  Our website has the current information regarding all aspects of worship (including sermons), youth information, all ministry team functions, two upcoming calendars, Bible reference, weekly news bulletin, monthly “Spirit of Hope” bulletin and the church roster.  Any additions/corrections should be emailed to the link below:

•       Advertising.  Besides our website, we maintain an ad in the SBC Yellow Pages of the telephone book.
   

•       Bulletin boards.  Various ministry teams maintain their own informational bulletin boards.  General information regarding synod, community projects, school programs, thank you notes, etc. can be found on the bulletin board opposite the coat hangers.  Ministry Team monthly notes and the current Council Notes can be found on the bulletin board opposite the church office.  Volunteers are also needed to help decorate and maintain these boards.

•       Photo archive.  A committee is in the process of bringing up to date loose photos in new photo albums.  Also, a growth history of Hope Lutheran Church is being compiled in a Power Point presentation for the Building Fund Drive.

•     Church information rack.  This is outside the sanctuary and is stocked by the church office.
